Dravtrivoqelz (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides online furniture-related services through a structured system covering browsing, ordering, payment, delivery, and after-sales support. This policy explains how each service stage is managed and applied.

All services are provided exclusively through online channels.
2. User Account & Platform Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and up to date. The system executes order processing based on user-provided data.
We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by users.
3. Product, Inventory & Pricing
Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may be updated based on system adjustments. Final order confirmation is based on the information displayed at the time of purchase completion.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Once payment is completed, the order enters the fulfillment workflow and cannot be modified without request approval.
5. Shipping Policy
Shipping coverage: United States only.
Shipping fee rules: Orders ≥ 288 USD: free shipping
Orders < 288 USD: 9.99 USD shipping fee
Cut-off time: Orders placed before 18:00 (CET) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on non-working days are processed on the next available business day.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch

6. Order Tracking
After order confirmation, customers will receive an email containing order number, payment details, and shipping information.
Orders can be tracked through the “Track My Order” page by entering email or phone number along with the order number.
7. Responsibility Statement
Issues such as damaged or lost items, order changes, cancellations, or delivery address accuracy are handled based on system processing stages.
Order processing time plays a key role in determining whether modifications are possible.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before entering processing. Once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be available.

9. Return & Exchange Policy
Return period: 30 days after delivery
Eligible conditions: Product defects, damage, odor issues, color differences, incorrect item, or other return requests.
Return process includes contacting support, providing order details and evidence, and receiving return instructions. Returned items must include original packaging and return labels.
Exchange process follows inspection and confirmation of returned items. Approved exchanges will be re-shipped accordingly.
Return package includes return label and required documents. Customers should keep all materials for proper processing.

10. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.
Refund processing time is typically 3–4 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
