Refund Policy
Dravtrivoqelz (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides refund support based on product condition and review results after an order has been completed and enters the after-sales process. Refunds are not triggered automatically and will only be issued after eligibility review and approval.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Product has quality or functional defects
Damage or loss occurs during transportation
Item received does not significantly match the order description
Refund is requested after a return/exchange request has been approved
Eligibility will be determined based on the final review result.
2. Refund Processing Flow
Before a refund is initiated, the returned item (if applicable) must be reviewed and verified. Once approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method without requiring additional actions.
Supported payment methods include American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.
3. Refund Timeframe
Refunds typically enter processing within 3–4 business days after approval. Actual arrival time may vary depending on the processing speed of the payment provider.
If the refund is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, customers may contact support for assistance.
4. Return Package Information
Return packages may include return labels and related materials. Customers are advised to retain and use these items properly to ensure smooth processing of the refund workflow.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
Items returned without prior request approval
Products that do not meet inspection requirements
Missing order details or required supporting information
6. Refund Execution Method
Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The system will automatically match the original transaction details for processing.
