Order Cancellation Policy


Dravtrivoqelz (hereinafter referred to as “we”) manages order cancellation requests through a system-based processing flow. Cancellation eligibility is determined by the order status, fulfillment progress, and whether the item has entered the logistics stage.

1. Cancellation Availability

Orders may be eligible for cancellation within 48 hours after placement, provided they have not yet entered the preparation or shipping stage.

Once an order exceeds the 48-hour window or has already been processed for dispatch, cancellation can no longer be applied. In such cases, customers may wait for delivery and then request a return and refund according to the Return & Exchange Policy.

Cancellation eligibility is always based on the real-time system status of the order.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation, customers should contact us via email or phone and provide necessary order details, including the order number and proof of payment.

Once the request is submitted, our support team will review it promptly. If the order is still eligible, the cancellation will be confirmed and the customer will be informed of the outcome.

If the order has already entered processing, alternative solutions such as return after delivery may be required.

3. Refund Handling After Cancellation

When a cancellation is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Supported payment methods include American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–4 business days after approval. The final arrival time may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider. If delays occur, customers may contact us for assistance. Additional refund-related details can be found in the Refund Policy.

4. Important Notes

Cancellation requests are reviewed strictly based on order status.
Orders already in processing or dispatch stages cannot be stopped.
System records are the final reference for determining eligibility.
