Shipping policy
Dravtrivoqelz (hereinafter referred to as “we”) arranges delivery through a system-based order scheduling process. Fulfillment is carried out in multiple stages, including order processing, preparation, and shipment.
1. Order Processing Timeline
Orders are not processed instantly but are assigned based on a daily cutoff time:
18:00 (CET) is the daily cutoff point.
Orders completed before 18:00 will be included in the same-day processing batch.
Orders placed after 18:00 will be moved to the next business day.
Orders submitted during non-working days will be processed on the next available business day.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the order value:
Orders of $288 or more (including $288): Free shipping.
Orders below $288: A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
3. Shipping Coverage
Delivery services are currently available within the United States only. The system will verify the shipping address during checkout, and orders outside the supported area cannot proceed.
4. Processing Stage
After entering the processing stage, orders typically require 1–3 business days for preparation, including verification and dispatch arrangement. Once completed, the order moves into the shipping phase.
5. Delivery Timeframe
After shipment, delivery is expected within 5–8 business days. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation including:

Shipping information
You can also track your order via the “Track My Order” page by entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.
8. Delivery Notes
During delivery:
If any issue occurs during transportation, you may contact us for assistance.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter processing or shipping stages.
Delivery is based on the address provided, so please ensure accuracy to avoid delays.
9. Upon Delivery
We recommend checking the package upon arrival, including:

Product completeness
Accessories included
If any issue is found, please document it promptly.
