Refund policy
Dravtrivoqelz (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides post-delivery support for eligible orders. Return and exchange requests are handled in structured stages based on product condition, application details, and review outcomes, rather than automatic processing.
1. Eligibility Timeframe
Requests for returns or exchanges can be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Applications submitted after this period will no longer be accepted by the system.
2. Applicable Conditions
Return and exchange requests may apply under the following situations:
Product has visible damage or shipping-related issues
Product has quality or functional defects
Item received does not match the order information
Noticeable color differences, odor, or other abnormalities
Return or exchange requested for personal reasons
Eligibility will be determined based on the final review result.
3. Request & Return Process
Customers must first submit a request via email or phone with the order number and supporting evidence (such as photos or videos).
Once approved, return instructions and the return address will be provided. Items must be sent back in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any included return labels.
After we receive and inspect the returned item, the process will proceed to the next stage.
4. Exchange Process
Exchange requests must go through the same approval process. After approval, customers are required to return the item according to the provided instructions.
Once the returned item is received and verified, a replacement product will be arranged based on stock availability and processing conditions.
5. Shipping Cost Responsibility
If the return or exchange is due to product-related issues, shipping costs will be covered by us.
For requests not related to product issues, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, and VISA.
Refunds typically enter processing within 3–4 business days. Actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment provider’s processing speed.
7. Packaging & Return Labels
Return parcels may include return labels and related materials. Customers are advised to keep and use them properly to ensure smooth processing.
8. Important Notes
Items must remain in their original condition for inspection.
Packages sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Final outcomes depend on the actual condition of the returned product.
